Tuition Guide 2026/2027

For weekly programs running September, 2026 - May, 2027

Tiered payment system:

In an effort to support everyone who wants to attend Red Oak Outdoor School, we use a 3-tiered payment system. For each program, there are a set number of spaces in each tier (see registration forms for details). Please choose the tier that feels accessible and generous for your family.

1)  Supporting Others: This tier is for families who might have the resources to stretch a little farther in order to support others who would not otherwise be able to join.

2) Covering Costs: This tier covers the basic cost of running the program.

3) Supported by Community: This tier is intended to allow participants to join who would not otherwise be able to.

Payment Method Options:

You may choose one of these three payment methods when registering for 2026/2027 weekly programs:

1. Pay in full for the 2026/2027 school year at registration. Payment via check or online payment through our registration site are both accepted.

2. Pay in 2 installments, once per semester. Installment payments are due Sept 1st and January 1st. Installment payments must be paid via check.

3. Pay with ACH automatic monthly payments. A down payment along with ACH authorization paperwork, is required for this option.

Two Installment Payments, Fall and Spring: 

Supporting Others: Two payments of $596 due 9/1/2026 and 1/1/2027

Covering Costs: Two payments of $496 due 9/1/2026 and 1/1/2027

Supported by Community: Two payments of $396 due 9/1/2026 and 1/1/2027

Monthly ACH Payments: 

Supporting Others: $100 downpayment via check and 9 subsequent payments of $121.33, withdrawn on the first business day of each month, September through May.

Covering Costs: $100 downpayment via check and 9 subsequent payments of $99.12, withdrawn on the first business day of each month, September through May.

Supported by Community: $100 downpayment via check and 9 subsequent payments of $76.89, withdrawn on the first business day of each month, September through May.
